Shipping policy

Fulfillment Method

Orders are fulfilled via:

  1. Amazon FBA (Multi-Channel Fulfillment)
  2. Direct Warehouse Shipment (for select items)

Fulfillment routing is automated through our integration system and cannot be selected or modified after purchase.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders flagged for fraud review, inventory discrepancies, or address verification.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery time begins after processing:

United States

  • Standard: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited (if available): 2–3 business days

International

  • 7–14+ business days depending on destination and customs processing.

All delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Carrier Responsibility & Risk of Loss

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

We do not control:

  • Carrier routing
  • Delivery timing
  • Delivery instructions
  • Access to secured buildings or gated communities

Delays caused by carriers, weather, labor disruptions, or force majeure events are outside our control.

Marked Delivered / Porch Theft Policy

If tracking shows “Delivered”, the shipment is considered fulfilled.

We are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Porch piracy
  • Mailroom theft
  • Packages delivered to shared residential areas
  • Carrier delivery errors
  • Packages marked delivered but not located

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

If you believe your package was stolen:

  1. Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout.
  2. Check with neighbors or building management.
  3. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  4. Then contact us with your order number.

While we may assist in filing carrier claims at our discretion, replacement or refund for stolen packages is not guaranteed.

For higher-value orders, we recommend selecting a delivery address where someone can receive the package directly.

Incorrect Address

Customers are solely responsible for entering an accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete address information
  • Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned due to incorrect address entry:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer

Orders cannot be modified once processing begins.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on fulfillment location.

No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments initiated by us.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Duties
  • VAT
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees

We are not responsible for customs delays or rejected shipments.

If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or unclaimed status, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any shipping-related claim is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Carrier negligence
  • Theft after confirmed delivery
  • Delivery delays
